It is our constant endeavour to give you a memorable shopping experience. Our Shipping, Returns, Exchange and Refund policies are laid out keeping the interest of our esteemed customers in mind at all times.
Our refund policy and return policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via Email from your registered email id or Whatsapp Us.

  • Copy the appropriate order No. from ‘My Orders.

  • Tell us your reason for returning the item.
  • Once you are done, we will send you an acknowledgement of the cancellation.
  • Remember, you won’t be able to cancel an order after it has been processed by the brand/seller.
  • Note that in some cases, we might not find the reason for returns acceptable because of seller policies; in such cases, we will call and advise you on the next steps.

We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please Email from your registered email id or Whatsapp Us and send your item to the address we share with you. Alternatively, a courier partner can be arranged to pick up the item to be exchanged.
