Cancellation Policy

Honestly, we regret an order that has been successfully placed and later cancelled. We believe that it is incompetency on our part & we lost an opportunity to serve you. However, should it be that you need to still cancel the order then please refer to the full pointers for help on the Cancellation of an order.

Q.

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. We appreciate it if you inform us in advance in case you do not wish to accept the COD order so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost. You can do so by simply sending us an Email from your registered email id or WhatsApp Us.

If you have selected COD, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your product.  Further, we would request you to please cancel within 24hours of placing your order.

Please note: Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to withdrawal of the COD facility from your account without any prior intimation.

Q.

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order after you have done the transaction through your credit/debit card, please note to cancel within 24 hours of  your placing the order by sending us an Email from your registered email id or Whatsapp Us

When you call/ write to us, please mention your product code, order no. along with your name, the credit/debit card number and the type of credit/debit card used for making the transaction (visa/master/diners, etc) in order to easily track your order and stop the payment process asap.

This way we can declare the transaction as null and void and you will get a confirmation email from us. Therefore, the money is not deducted from your card and we do not present the receipt to the concerned bank for payment.

However, if your order is cancelled after 24hrs are over and your item(s) have been shipped then there is absolutely no refund because, on the basis of your consent we place the order with the brand, thus cancelling of order by you after 24hrs is over is a double loss of revenue for us.

Hence, if your order is cancelled before 24hrs and your item(s) have not been shipped, we will refund the entire amount or not charge you for the same. But thereafter, the transaction is a genuine and a chargeable one, and the entire amount is charged to you, thereby not accepting any cancellations after 24 hrs period is over.

Q.

On a net banking transaction, the money is transferred to our account from your account immediately, once you click on the ‘pay now’ tab. But we are customer-friendly and understand that your choices and mind can change at any point. So we try to help you as much as we can but expect your cooperation too.

In such a scenario, when the amount is credited in our account but you wish to still cancel your order then please Email from your registered email id or Whatsapp Us within 24hrs. of your purchase, so that we do not ship your item(s).

Don’t forget to mention your order no, bank name, account holder’s name which the transaction is, and bank account number of the same account with which the transaction has been done. Branch address and IFSC code of that branch. This cancellation will be effective from the time you Email  from your registered email id or Whatsapp Us

We will take up to 7 days to transfer money back into your account.

Transfers are the time taken for refunds which depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalized banks. Banks send an SMS to customers for a credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.

Q.

In the worst-case scenario, if you have to cancel your order after the 24hrs time frame is over then we need an Email from your registered email id or Whatsapp Us stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.  After receiving that email, SHENARO will take a decision regarding the cancellation which will be final and binding.

By reading the above and purchasing with us, we are assuming that the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SHENARO and accepts SHENARO’s decision regarding cancellations.

Q.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
