Simply heat in a microwave for 15-20 minutes to warm your joints or muscles, then apply to warm areas for 15-30 minutes. This bag can also be used as a cold compress to help relieve swelling and bruising. The combination of heat and lavender aroma is soothing and relaxing while genuinely relieving discomfort. Your wheat bag heat pack can be used as often as needed providing it has cooled fully between uses.

Bought this to put on wrist/ arm. Warms up well, I do 1 min 50 secs instead of two minutes. Where it has the edge is the wheat is held in pockets so ypu don’t get them dispersing leaving big gaps. Feels soft too. Good length for arm, also sits well around neck.

A really useful for pain relief, easy to use and organic product. Just microwave for a minute and you’re good to go. It’s a great blend of wheat and lavender, and you can smell the aroma of lavendar buds after heating it. Amazing for pain relief, it holds the medicinal properties of wheat and lavendar as well.
